Ticket Terms

Ticket Terms

Effective date: 13 October 2026

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for selling tickets to events through the pages available at prostrona.pl/bilety (the "Ticket Service").
  2. Tickets are sold by Jan Czerwiński, a sole trader with the business address ul. Rubinowa 2, 09-400 Ludwikowo, Poland, Polish tax ID (NIP): 5842816986, REGON: 521841905, e-mail: kontakt@prostrona.pl (the "Seller").
  3. The event is organised by the entity named on the ticket purchase page (the "Organiser"). The Organiser is responsible for how the event runs, its programme, safety and admission rules. The Seller is responsible to the Buyer for the sale of the ticket, payment and refunds.
  4. The Buyer is the person placing the order (the "Buyer"). A minor aged 13 or over may buy a ticket on their own as part of contracts commonly concluded in minor everyday matters (Article 20 of the Polish Civil Code).

§2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

  1. To buy a ticket, the Buyer enters an e-mail address, the participant's name and, where the purchase page requires it, additional information about the participant (e.g. their school class), accepts these Terms and pays for the order.
  2. The ticket sale contract is concluded when PayU confirms the payment. The ticket is sent to the e-mail address given and is available via the link on the order page.
  3. The ticket is personal and entitles one person to a single entry to the event on the day stated on the purchase page. The Organiser may check that the participant's details match the ticket, e.g. against a school ID card.
  4. The number of tickets sold online may be limited. Online sales end at the latest when the event begins.

§3. Prices and payments

  1. Ticket prices are gross prices (including VAT) and are shown on the purchase page.
  2. Payments are processed by PayU S.A., based in Poznań, Poland. The Buyer chooses the payment method (e.g. BLIK, payment card, fast bank transfer) on the PayU page.
  3. The ticket sent by e-mail serves as proof of purchase. At the Buyer's request sent to kontakt@prostrona.pl, the Seller issues an invoice.

§4. No right of withdrawal

Under Article 38(1)(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to services related to leisure activities where the contract specifies a date of performance. The ticket is for an event on the day stated on the purchase page, so after purchase it is not possible to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. This does not affect the rights described in §5 and §6.

§5. Cancellation or change of the event

  1. If the event is cancelled, the Seller refunds the full ticket price to the Buyer within 14 days of the cancellation, using the same method as the payment.
  2. If the date or venue of the event changes significantly, the Buyer may cancel the ticket and receive a full refund. It is enough to send a message to kontakt@prostrona.pl before the new date of the event.
  3. Tickets not used for reasons attributable to the participant are not refundable.

§6. Complaints

  1. Complaints about the sale of a ticket or about payment can be sent to kontakt@prostrona.pl. A complaint should include the ticket code or the e-mail address used for the purchase and a description of the problem.
  2. The Seller replies to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint handling, e.g. help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).

§7. Personal data

  1. The controller of the personal data provided at purchase is the Seller.
  2. The data (e-mail address, participant's name, additional information about the participant) is processed to conclude and perform the ticket sale contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to handle refunds, complaints and settlements required by law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  3. The recipients of the data are PayU S.A. (payment processing) and the Organiser, who receives a list of participants (name, additional information, ticket code) solely to check admission to the event.
  4. The data is kept for the period required by tax law and until claims become time-barred. The Buyer has the right to access, rectify and erase their data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). More information is in the Privacy Policy.

§8. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
  2. These Terms are available free of charge at prostrona.pl/bilety/regulamin in a form that allows them to be downloaded and saved.
  3. These Terms are available in Polish and English. For consumers, both language versions are equally binding, and any discrepancy between them is interpreted in the consumer's favour.
